Deep Tissues Massages & Relaxation at Le Phare Circus, Cambodia
Le Phare, The Cambodian Circus Company, has quickly become one of Cambodia's top rated entertainment shows. Their modern and multiplisciplinary performances are thematically infused with Cambodian history and culture. In November & December 2014, the young athletes were offered weekly deep tissue sports massages to release tension, reduce pain, prevent injuries and shorten recovery time. They were also taught basics breathing exercices to activate their parasympathetic nervous systems, induce relaxation and better manage stress and tension.
Empowering local communities, Social Yoga for Khmer ladies
From November to December 2014, volunteer yoga workshops were delivered on a weekly basis to Khmer ladies, in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The classes aimed at building a local conscious community, creating the opportunity to share yoga and insights about the role of women in the contemporary Cambodian society. A gathering of like-minded international yoga teachers shared the vision of educating and empowering Khmer women to train and eventually become yoga teachers themselves. Taking yoga back to the roots of social service and karma yoga!
Black Pearl Balance Yoga, The Maldives
Taking place on an amazingly restored 18th century sailing boat, this series of workshops challenged our sense of balance and strenghtened your core during our Vinyasa flows, while the deep turquoise Maldivian seas provided a nourishing and inspiring environment for our Yin practices.
The sound of the waves and the gentle rocking melted our hearts, the amazing sunsets left us with sparkly eyes.
Handstands & Hand2Hand Workshops - October 2016, Marseille, France
Extreme Jonglerie Circus Collective of Marseille on 1-2nd October. The first workshop (October 1st) focused on Icharian & Pops; the second workshop (Oct 2nd) dove into upside down explorations. Icharian is an old style of acrobatics were you use your feet and hands to boost the flyer into the air, it is kinda like juggeling people with your feet. We were building up towards pops to foot to foot and reverse star pops. The Handstands & hand2Hand workshop explored a diversity of inversions and counterbalances leading to the subleties of L-basing Hand-to-Hand.

Acroyoga, partner acrobatics, handstands and therapeutic flights; the magic blend. Fun drills and playful tricks, yes, and a lot! And beyond the tricks, an exloration of our capacity to listen, open up and connect. Upside down and inside out, we are basing our practice on authenticity and looking for balance and trust.

‘Prana’ refers to the universal life force traveling throughout the body and ‘ayama’ means to lenghten. Pranayama is the yogic practice of regulating the breath. It maintains the health of all body systems and encourages a more balanced integration of body and mind.
This series of workshops was specifically for divers and free divers, and designed to optimize their breath and boost their bottom time !
