Acroyoga & Partner Acrobatics workshops
Martin and Vanille will be teaching a mix of fun partner acrobatics, handstands and therapeutic flights. It will be about fun drills and playful tricks, pushing our boundaries and defying gravity. It will also and mainly be about authenticity, respect, and ultimately trust, balance and harmony. Our acro practice nurtures relationships in ways that are healthy and beneficial, strengthening our capacity to explore, listen and connect. This series of workshops is open to external students (ie not attending the full retreat).
All classes are all levels - beginners and intermediates; options will be offered to get confidence and/or to enhance your practice.
They will be led in English, with occasional translation into French if needed.
All workshops are included in the retreat fee, but they are all optional. Whether you want to make the most of it and dive into an intensive practice, or set yourself for a chilled and relaxing week-end; make it yours!
